If you are having trouble playing the workout videos in Strictly You, please try the following steps.
1: Confirm that your local Wifi is working properly by logging into Strictly You on a different device, such as a Phone or Tablet.
2: Make sure you are running the latest version of your browser and operating system.
3: Delete all cache, cookies and internet history from your browser.

4: Turn off your router and modem, and leave them off for around 5 minutes before rebooting them.
5: If you are still experiencing problems and have any security software running, such as Trend Micro, or are running a VPN on your network - please try disabling them and trying again. Sometimes this software can interfere with video access.
